Probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to.
Service was unattentive and insanely slow.
The drink order (of regular beer) took around 30 minutes, and the food took about 1-1 1/2 hours to get served.
When the food finally got served, it was cold. (I ordered a nasi goreng with chicken, and since it has chicken in it, I really want it cooked properly or I’ll basically be in salmonella heaven)
We told the waiter the food was cold, he apologised and took it back to the kitchen for what we were told would be about 5 minutes (it was more like 15-20)
When we finally got the food back, it is STILL cold.
We tell the waiter, and get told simply “it’s supposed to be like that”.
Having eaten this dish in many other restaurants before this occasion, I have actually never had it served cold previously and can thereby conclude that it’s not “supposed” to be served cold.
After this we had all lost our patience, left the food uneaten, paid our bill and went to a different restaurant to get a proper meal.response / report this review -

A place where you can feel quiet air. A fantastic place to see great views. We can send a cool drink and free time doing nothing here. Where to eat fresh fruit juice. Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Where to see the beautiful Gili Air Sea

Nice place, cozy and quite! About food can tell that rice with chicken was good, pizza perfect, but salad nicouse without sauce not so tasty! They prepared food about 15 min

The food was okay but we waited about one and a half hour until we got our food. Even the price is very tough, not worth it and I definitely don't recommend this 'cafe'!
