The room is relatively nice. Good location. They have a nice sky lounge extended with the pool area but the music played there was terrible and too loud (not nice for a chill). The menu also needs improvements. Especially in the Japanese restaurant at the second floor, most of the food were not real Japanese food, not worth the price for the quality of the menu.

Pelayanan sangat memuaskan. Semua staff sangat ramah dan bisa tetap sabar saat direpotin oleh saya yang sedang sakit saat itu. Fasilitas sangat baik. Mushola juga nyaman. Tempat wudhu wanita dan pria dipisah. Makanannya enak.

A brand new hotel in Palembang. I have stay in the hotel several times. Breakfast perfect, good service, good local coffea and luxury hotel with bathtub. Swimming pool is now ready to be used. Taxi reservation through front office is effective.

New, clean, nicely built, nice room and bathroom, good quality sanitaire, high service standard such as: complimentary water bottle available upon request, nice comfy bed and large hallway at room floor. Downside: window is very thin, my room is facing the road, practically can hear everyting. I happen to.stay on friday night and the locals use the road in front of the hotel as illegal race track, cant sleep, very noisy. It was raining and i can also hear the water hitting the glass. This is a major downside.

New hotel in town,management hotel and parking lot are different,if you drive your own car or rent car to the hotel make sure you mention it to receptionist or they will charge you with parking ticket,
it's weird when you can hear people on others room talk, although they are whispering, not a fan of room impermeability
