  This place is hidden away from the road and omg what a hidden gem the views are spectacular and untouched and not commercial this is a must visit place if only for the views have a look below

  I did not stay here! But we almost did! We went twice to visit a friend, the view is amazing, the staff were amazing! Unfortunately the food was a bit over cooked and took forever to come out.

  We visited this place to have lunch. The person behind the bar must have had a bad day. Not really friendly and welcoming. After we ordered our lunch we had to wait for a long time. Mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant. When served the plates looked good however my chicken was of last week I guess. It was almost cold and extremely dry meat. The fish was hidden underneath a pile of mediocre mashed potatoes. The one thing I am sorry about was the fact we didn't complain, that it was unacceptable for the price we paid. You could have a far better meal at a local warung near the side of the road so to speak.

  Decepcion absoluta, caro, cutre y con mala atencion. Habitaciones con muchos bichos e instalaciones desatendidas.
  
  Lo unico destacable que tiene unas vistas preciosas.
  
  Opinión más detallada:
  
  Empezó nuestro dia aterrizando en lombok y despues de confirmar 3 veces la hora de llegada, su transporte no apareció. A los 45 minutos cansados de que nadie contestara a los mails preguntando a cerca del transporte, pillamos un taxi. Al llegar nadie se intereso em explicarnos qué pudo pasar. Al final solo pensabamos en ducharnos y comer algo porque eran las 2. Al llegar a la habitacion, descubrimos que no habia electricidad y que la cocina no estaba operativa durante 2 horas por lo que ni ducha ni comida. Tuvimos que pagar un transporte e ir a comer fuera.
  
  Al volver, nos dimos un baño en la piscina lo unico bueno del hotel, pero resulta que las toallas estaban sucias (no solo una, las dos). Ya resignados nos secamos con ellas y pedimos un par nuevas para la ducha que tambien estaban sucias.
  
  Cenamos alli puesto que era de noche. Precio mas caro que a pie de playa. El plato al final tenia poca cantidad.
  
  El desayuno decia una cosa en la carta y luego el personal otra. La carta decia que un desayuno basico de tostadas con zumo cafe y demas y a elegir otro plato, de 3 diferentes que tenian. Pues resulta que no. Aunque ponga eso en la carta solo podias elegir uno.
  
  En fin no nos ha parecido un buen sitio, no merece el dinero que cuesta.
