Nice transit hotel, near kualanamu airport. The room was nice and clean, reasonable price. There's free shuttle from hotel to airport, but sometimes the shuttle are unreliable, especially if you want to be pickup in the airport. Overall 3.5 from 5

A nice overall stay ! We just spent a night there to catch our flight early next morning! It was an overall good stay, friendly stuff, service was little on the slower side. Don't miss out on the massage ! It's a must!

Friendly staff but very poor in English.
Very basic breakfast for non Asians.

This hotel is very recommended if you are waiting for few hours flight and or connecting flight, it’s only about 10 minutes from Kuala Namu Airport. The building also connected to HUB Shopping Center where you can buy very popular snack from Medan, you can also visit 3D Art Museum in this building, if you like a magic show then you just need down to the ground floor to see the magician performances in every 12:00 Hours.
Rooms rate is reasonable, Receptionist are humble, room boys are helpful, rooms are clean and the most important there is shuttle bus to transport you back to the Airport.response / report this review -

Got a free airport transfer once we landed at midnight (call ahead). Clean rooms, 24 hour kitchen and situated conveniently near the airport (great for late flights in or early flights out).

Comfortable rooms and ablutions. Friendly staff who spoke decent enough English. Close to airport and included shuttle service even for surfboards. Good breakfasts serving Indonesian and English breakfast options.

Good rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff, but a bit too pricey for the rooms it offers. Noise from the elevator etc. could be heard the entire night, and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (and was missing soap and toilet paper).

The only option at the airport at the time of writing. Clean rooms, friendly stuff at reception. Free shuttle from hotel to the airport, but not from the airport to the hotel (75,000).

Ну, что - эконом номера аж без окон ! 60 000 рупий на такси от аэропорта. Ни пешком, ни общ.транспортом не добраться. Еле - еле понимают по-английски. Сложные чувства у меня по прилету :)
