Sbnarnya baru tiba di hotel ini hari ini dan sudah direserve dari kantor.
Lokasinya bagus dan strategis, kebetulan saya di lantai 6 jadi bisa lihat laut dari kamar.
Kamarnya cozy tapi aku kurang suka lantainya sih. Kurang menarik. Untk kamar mandi gak ada shampo. Jadi kayaknya soap nya iti yg sekaligus untk shampo atau gmna, saya lebih suka yg dibedain sih antara shampo dan soap. Namun dibalik kekurangannya, ada pelayannya sangat ramah, helpfull dan cepat respon.

Nice and spacious room decorated modernly. The staff are really kind and helpful. And the best part of this place is the view from where we have breakfast.

Nice people, mostly all can speak english. Clean and good service. Asked for a flat white got a flat white. Good breakfast, you can ask for eggs. Wifi speed is oké.

Best hotel in Ambon in every category. Great food and drinks, live music, and common areas to chill and mingle. The staff and customer service is some of the best in the region. Heading back for another stay this afternoon.
***Especially, great for solo female traveler. You can smoke, drink, and wear shorts without a critical gaze. They also do currency exchange with reasonable rates.response / report this review -

Definitely the best place to stay in Ambon. Nice restaurant on the roof with live music sometimes and an excellent view. The staff are less than attentive but I think this may just be the indonesian way!

Considering the room rates and the central location, this hotel is good choice. Staff is friendly and helpful. View from the restaurant at the roof is great. Breakfast however is somewhat disappointing (some fruit would be nice).

For me this is the best hotel in ambon, with the reasonable price.
But i find some lack of the facility. Such as the water sometimes a bit slow.

With friendly staff n price you can stay in City Hotel Ambon. The location is still in city centre n you can find local foodstall and or restaurant on foot or usin public transport such as angkot, becak, ojek. At the time I stay in Ambon, November 2017, there is no online transportation yet. However, my sleep quality regarding bed n pillow is sufficient. You will love the rooftop restaurant view, it's a port and city of ambon. You also can enjoy the view in the morning whenever you have breakfast.

This is such a new hotel in Ambon. Near to the center of city. Have a good resto and great taste. The resto is also have a good view which is located in 7th floor of the hotel. The staff are friendly and offering help in good way. But, please improve the process of booking room. Because we have to wait for almost 20 minutes until we got the access card. Overall, great and recommended!

Not cheap but a nice new hotel with clean room and bath. Big choice of breakfast buffet. Nice rooftop bar and restaurant with a great view over the city and the bay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very happy with my stay here for 3 nights. Staff were wonderful and the room was clean, comfortable and shower very nice. Hot water took a bit to come through but plenty of it when it did.
Cafe on the roof is best bit. Great views, food and cold beer. Just a nice place to hang out even if you don’t stay in hotel.
Only small downs were it’s a bit out of the centre of things. But only 5 minuets walk. And room had cigarette smell. But I’m getting use to that in this part of the world.
