  The place is very convenience. They have praying room, cafetaria and convenience store. Its open 24 hours. Public transportation is also provided with reasonable price

  Best bus if you want to Aceh. They have two kind of bus. The regular bus and the double deker bus. Yes. Simpati Star is the first bus company that have the double deker in town.

  actually iam very disspointed, they did not polite, my bus change in to another bus without any permission, this very terrible services, the ticketing staff very rude, i know sempati star is very famous but dont be make it bad because of terrible ticketing staff service.

  Ini bus baru yang berkembang sangat pesat untuk perjalanan lintas Sumatera, khususnya Aceh-Medan. Harga tiket maksimal bisa lebih mahal dari harga tiket pesawat Banda Aceh - Medan sekalipun. Pelayanan bagus, ruang tunggu, terminalnya nyaman, Wifi selalu ON. Kurangnya sedikit, bangku di dalam busnya terlalu sempit, enggak selega bus yang lain. Semoga diperbaiki.
