Still not as modern as other world class airports tho, cause it’s an old (historical) building. But overall services are better than a decade ago lol 😂

A lot of improvements have been made around here in the past couple of years, and this aged terminal is getting more shiny and convenient as it has never been before.
Public facilities: Total renewal of toilets and praying room, now with staff stationed permanently too keep it clean and bright.
WiFi oh so good, very accessible (no fee, no fuss, no registration needed) and it's fast, too.
Leisure: Almost nothing still but for several massage chairs.
Shopping & Dining: Quite a few new cafes and restaurants have sprung up recently, forming a line up of decent Indonesian, Asian and Western food, snacks, coffee, just a few steps away after immigration.
Large collections of chocolate, candies and coffee and local souvenirs in the souvenir and duty free shops.response / report this review -

Comparing to Terminal 3, the Golden Era of Terminal 2 is slowly fade away. Though I saw some "under construction" project to revitalize this terminal. Keep up the good work.

Petugasnya murah senyum, tempatnya bersih, terdapat coffee shop untuk yg mau ngopi, ada juga polo stand untuk yg butuh baju, serta ada roti o jika anda lapar.
