The food is amazing. Especially the sate. For the beverages my favourite is the fresh lemon tea. It taste is a perfect combination between sour and sweet. A good choice to complete your sate dishes. Since the place is very crowded in the lunch time, please be earlier and be patient to wait your food.

Haven't acctually tasted Tengkleng gajah, the signature course, cause it often sold out before 7pm. So better come early to taste it.
Sate gajah, the second signature, is really tender.

Tempatnya cukup baik. Makanannya enak-enak. Yang kurang paling tempat duduknya ada beberapa yg kurang baik dan juga penerangannya yang kurang. Semoga bisa diupgrade.

ENAK! Tempat ini merupakan alternatif bagi penggemar olahan kambing. Secara harga cukup affordable, seiring dengan menunya yang memang tasty--kaya rempah.

Kemarin kami memesan Nasi Goreng Kambing (sayangnya kurang sesuai ekspektasi), Gule Daging (sumpah, saking empuknya sampai mengira itu adalah gule sapi), Gule Jeroan. Nasi bisa ambil sendiri. Rekomendasi saya adalah Gule Daging, karena super empuk, tidak prengus/bau--mungkin karena menggunakan bumbu yang kental dan tidak pelit. Pelayanan tidak terlalu lama, dan para pelayannya sigap membersihkan lantai dan meja setiap ada pengunjung yang selesai.

Tempatnya luas, parkiran pun enak. Pembayaran bisa dilakukan juga via debit/CC. RECOMMENDED!

Good place for having lunch, especially if you like Sate Kambing and Tengkleng. Tengkleng is a goat bones with some meat, boiled in the spicy soup. Very delicious tengkleng they served here 1 portion is good enough for two.

Good food, nice price. The lamb satay is tender and styled like Sate Klathak. The place is quite crowded at lunchtime on weekdays. I only missed the tomatoes on the tongseng. Please add some.

This place is famous of their tengkleng. There are a some choices of the tengkleng cooking to meet your taste. They also serve satay, which is chewy and yummy. Thumbs up!
Bottom line: thank God they do not serve elephants! =)

We order : tengkleng goreng, tongseng, and satay, The taste is not that special, and took too long to being served (over 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the food was cold) even the drinks took about 1 hour and 45 minutes and our order finally served after we complain about it after patiently waiting in 1 hour with no clue about how’s our order going.
The table also took long to get clean because the waiters seems don’t care even we ask them (frequently) to clean the table. Some other guest suggest us to clean the table by ourselves because they did it too. They do that because the waiters also didn’t respond to them.

They should improve their service and the taste, since they’re claiming they’ve “the number one tengkleng in the world”

Nice place for culinary try, i can say it the best tengkleng in jogja. Must try..

The bad thing about this place is;
Waiting time is long,
Charging position is bad,
They not using soap to clean the table wich make the table Sticky,
The place is big but im still worry not getting sitting place,
Expensive and i dont get max portion i think cz too crowded.

That the bad thing about this place, anyway the taste kill the bad thing.

But i wont come back except to give a tour for someone/ not go for my self.

Delicious. If crowded, it'll be hard to get a table, and will have to wait a bit long to get your food served. Especially satay, the meat are tender and juicy, but the longest to serve.

Not recommending the orange drinks, it's not from real fruit, but from instant drink.

Place is spacious, but not comfortable, as dust is impossible. Taste is so so, recomends order the satay. The tengkleng is nothing more than bones in soup. Fried version is better though.

This is a very popular place to find sate kambing, tengkleng, gulai, tongseng, and nasi goreng. This restaurant are very crowded during lunch and dinner time but it's worth waiting. Parking area can hold tens of cars.

Tengkleng gajah is one of the most delicious food I have ever eaten. Look at the photos that I took, it looks delicious. Price is IDR 32.000 or about US$ 3.
The place is huge. There is large parking area for car or motor cycle.
Don't be upset if you come too late (after 8pm) and the stock is running out.
Beside thengkleng, there are also satay, gulai, fried rice, etc.

My recommendation is tengkleng goreng or sate goreng.

PS : You can eat rice as much as you want for IDR 5000 or ~ US$ 0.5
