Good place for a budget hotel, this place is so quiet that you can sleep all the day, the services seems to be good, but need some repair on bathroom wall, also the bed cover and blanket doesnt seems to be changed after each guest, i can say that because when im just arrived there the blanket is dirty and also the bed cover, feels disappointed

Pengalaman menginap disini cukup mengesankan. Berada di area akademis dengan lingkungan yang cukup nyaman. Lokasinya juga cukup strategis dan mudah dicari melalui google map.

Pelayanan juga cukup ramah dan membantu. Hotel terbilang bersih, meski begitu masuk kamar banyak helaian rambut terserak di lantai. Seprai dan selimut kurang bersih, begitu pula dengan handuk nya.

Kamar mandi juga bersih dengan air panas yang mengalir lancar. Meski demikian tidak ada telepon di kamar hotel ini. Jadi jika butuh bantuan atau layanan harus turun kebawah / front office. Kamar juga kurang kedap suara, jadi aktivitas diluar kamar terdengar jelas.

Ada juga restaurant dan kafe. Restaurant tidak beroperasi, sementara kami sempat tertarik untuk sarapan pagi di kafe lantai 1, tapi sayangnya waktu itu kafe belum buka. Jadi kami harus mencari sarapan di luar hotel. Sebetulnya tidak masalah juga, karena hotel ini dikelilingi banyak tempat makan. Lain kali kalau menginap di sini ingin mencoba kafe dan restauran nya. Semoga buka.

Good for the price around 200k / 20$ less. The hotel is quite big, a lot of room here, there’s a lift but not maintened well. There’s restaurant in the lobby. The room is nice, clean, just look like 3 stars hotel

There was always problem since i stepped my foot here. Shower was broken, no towel, no hot water, and the room was not clean as seen on pic, and no double security lock like hotel used to have, and no room service phone. Also, in the middle of the night, my room was opened by strangers. Fortunately, i locked my room.

The price fits backpackers, even the price is not expensive but the room isn't two-bit. I very enjoy my nights there. However, they need to maintaining the building itself i guess.

You better book this hotel via airy rooms because it is all way cheaper than book it on site. The facility is good enough, yet its bathroom had much problems. The faucet is broken and the hot water isn't working. Everything beside it is fine to me.

This hotel is too noisy.
People singing with stereo sound system until midnight!
The recepcionist tell just only 10pm but the truth until midnight.
People go to hotel want to sleep!
People smoking, running with screaming.
The hot water is no more hot.

You can get better hotels for the same price. My room was smelly, stained blanket and sheet, mosquitos, and no power socket in the bathroom or near the wastafel. You have to use your hairdryer next to the door. Their tagline is Your Home In Jogja. I don't feel homey at all.

Hotel baru, kamarnya berukuran luas.
Ranjang Kingsize untuk suami, istri dan 1 anak kecil masih cukup.
Kamar mandi desain agak aneh (tidak ergonomis), shower air panas ada, toilet duduk.
Parkiran ada di basement, untuk mobil sedan agak susah karena curam.
Tidak ada hiburan di sekitar hotel karena posisi nya yang masuk ke dalam gang.
Untuk breakfast kurang bersahabat dengan anak kecil.
Cafe 24 jam nya OK.
