Definitely worth the trip, did just two people with the instructor. Quite a long journey, but be ready for the multiple waterfalls. They are quite breathtaking views along the way

Amazing trip! The river is lovely and the views are to die for. I did see a few pipes leading to the water though so would be curious to know if we rafted through sewerage! The track isn't too difficult but still interesting and fun!

Where should i start ? Even for Indonesian standards the driver who picked us up was a nightmare. Full power or full brake was his way to drive the car. The river had almost no water in it and most of the rafting part was closed due to an eruption previously. Our raft got stuck every 10-15m and the guide (who was the only upside in this trip) basically walked behind the raft to push it through that small creek which was left there. I had been rafting before and that was nothing like it here. If there is not enough water just don’t sell the tickets to the people. We felt like someone sold us a rollercoaster ride and we ended up in a bumper car ride on a fair. To put a cherry on the cake one of my friends broke his finger during that ride (when we had been stuck for the maybe the 20st time) and nobody mentioned anything about the insurance they promoted before the ride. I guess if anyone is interested in doing it ask if there is enough water, because they won’t care to make money pulling you through a dry river .

Really nice people and service. The facilities are nice and clean. They offer a nice long guided run with an employee actively taken pictures of the trip. Four stars because the pictures are an extra cost.
