Nice housing complex, well maintained with cluster type themed building. The atmosphere is good, a lot of people just walking around or running in this complex. On Sunday morning it has car free day, basically everyone just get out from their house and doing some exercise and shopping for breakfast. Nice..

Nice place to live if you're not working around Central Jakarta. The environment is still clean and fresh. Too bad the waterpark inside the complex is permanently closed. In the Sunday morning the road will be closed one way to accomodate people to walk or run like a mini car free day. And the newest facilities in the complex is a foodcourt tents near the main gate.

We've been living here since 2002. We value the clean fresh air and also the security that it offers, along side some regular facilities, such as the ruko and the mosque. As far as the maintenance goes, I think the RTs/RWs of our cluster are doing better and better.
It's true, however, that these days the traffic, especially to Depok, is getting harder to bear. It normally takes us around 1.5 hour to get to UI campus ("normal" traffic), roughly 17 km from this housing complex. We've found ourselves avoid making a trip to Depok or Jakarta during weekends, especially Saturdays, since the traffic (approaching DTC or along Pondok Cabe-Cirendeu or even Ciputat) can be really crazy.
One more important note I'd like to make, not sure how to get this to Google so that they can improve the maps/gps. Often times online taxi drivers or friends who are finding their way to our house are directed to the side entrance which actually only opens between 6 to 8 pm on work days whereas it could be a pain in the neck to go back to Jl. Raya Mochtar Sawangan or take the narrow street as the short cut to the complex. Looking forward to see that improved.response / report this review -
