A nice place to hang out enjoying sunset. Food and beverages are OK. Not too spacious though as it is located in a steep slope of the seaside (that is why it's called Tebing, right?). You might need to order more drinks considering the heat and humidity of Kupang.

i can tell u the view is pretty good, but the service is really bad, iv ben waiting like 30 minutes and ask the waitress to take order like 5 times but still didnt come, how much longer we need to wait for the order to serve?

The place was so nice. The price is average. Have a nice scenery for sunset. And you can see Tenau Harbor's activities. Romantic, have a nice music. So cozy. The bathroom was so clean, and the cafe have "nature" them. But I think there was nothing special with the food. But that was a nice place to spend the time with your besties.

A very unique place. It has a great atmosphere here. Every furniture mostly made from wood. I even like to see the design of the toilet. This place has a great sunset view. Sometimes you can enjoy live music here. But, unfortunately the food and drink are just ordinary. It is better if you serve a great signature dish.

Would give it a big ZERO if that was possible. We waited for 1 hr for the menu, even if we asked 4 times. Ordered an avocado coffee, which tasted nothing like avocado nor coffee. They run out of mint tea but didn’t bother to let us know so that we could change the order. Nice view but not worth the bad service and horrible food & drinks.
Do yourself a favour.. There are many other places in Kupang with nice sunsets, great food and good service!response / report this review -

The sunset view around the port is so fascinating. However, not much choice of food. The service is sooooo slow. I waited for two hours and ended up cancelling all the orders because mine hasn't been ready even after two hours. I think they need more waitress and chefs with more customers they have.
