First time trekking via Jayagiri, Lembang. Most popular tourism attraction at the Bandung Highlands (also probably the most exploited as well). Good experience after more than 25 year ago visiting this mountain during high school excursion. Try to do trekking by circling its rim.

The view of the volcano is out of this world. It was raining I was there which meant less people so I almost had the place for myself. Quiet an experience. I think this place is a must see if you're nearby

Nice view..but not really good as too many people are selling sourvenior..they are very aggresive in selling things..hope management can improve this matter..maybe should put some limit area for seller..but still, a lot of cheap item if good in negotiating

Unfortunately we went at closing time and so we had just 10 min to spend. But nevertheless, it was a wonderful experience.
It was my 1st time to see a Volcano and it was thrilling to see an Active Volcano !! As you can see the pic, there were fumes from the Volcano.
The place was so cold & there are many Fruit gardens on the way. Probably the volcano's lava is a rich deposit for growing these.response / report this review -

unique place. but not worth the hype. and definitely not worth the outrageous entrance fee. very unfair to tourists, being charged more than 10x compared to locals. better save the money for kawah putih. a lot of peddlers. area not well maintained, rubbish everywhere.

Nice place to spent your holiday. But don't forget to bring some mask here cz sometime the sulphur smells bad 😑

Good experience as it is my first visit to volcano crater.
But they charge 10 times higher entrance fee for foreigner.
Local pay 20k (weekday) & 30k (weekend).
But foreigner need to pay 200k (weekday) & 300k (weekend).
This is the only place in Bandung that charge so much different between local & foreigner.
There is totally no facility provided for the money paid. Better visit Kawah Putih.
This charge will kill off the tourism in this place.
Local tour guides had highlighted to local authorities. But no action taken.response / report this review -

This is a place if you like to get an experience that volcanic arena.
