There are so many great places to stay in Seminyak, so please do not give your money to these animal abusers.

Service wasn't great at all. No atmosphere during low season considering the cost. Food also isn't great. Rooms are nice and clean though

Do not stay here! They have a little monkey in a cage right by the roads, it never goes outside the cage, never gets ant fruit and its very malnourished. After several talks with the manager, nothing happened. It cried alot and totally ruined the hotel :/

This hotel own a monkey and have her inn a small cave. It have lived in this small place for 8 years! I will not recommend this hotell for people who love animals. This hotell support animal abuse.

The hotel has a monkey in cage without food and water in front of the hotell, just off the main road where people stick sticks in the cage, throw things on it, etc.
that's how it has been for 8 years but the hotel thinks this is ok and that they dont do anything wrong. Stay away from this hotel, this is animal cruelty!

Dirty and noisy. They also have this poor monkey in a small cage oitside. No water or space. Please do not support this place.

Worst Service we have ever experienced!
We booked a room online with 2 separate beds, paid in advance, but received a room with only one bed. We were told to pay an extra 120.000 for another bed.
When we told them that's not what we paid for, the reception told us that they don't care about that.response / report this review -

Good - Location, friendly staff.
Bad - you get what you pay forpaper thin doors and walls. Was woken up at 7am every morning by kids playing outside our room. Bloodstain on bedsheet. Pool doesnt look clean. Wifi is free but very slow and turns on and off. Half of the ceiling skirting board was ripped out.response / report this review -

Stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. Kitchen outfitted with electric tabletop stove, microwave, fridge, and sink. 2 dipping pools, one adult and one for children. 2 floors. 1 large bedroom with balcony and 1 smaller one (can be combined into 1 bedroom). Can be better maintained but definitely value for money.

Nice atmosphere, but bad service. The guy in the front desk is not friendly, Problem with air con. But finally we got nice service from The woman in the front desk at check out time.
