Stayed there for the first time. The air con leaked in the middle of the night. Power out 3 times in my 2day1night stay.
But it's located pretty conveniently, just above the mall (the only mall in singkawang).response / report this review -

Staying overnights during the weekends. The hotel is just beside or part of a huge shopping mall. There was a pop rock music concerts nearby on Satuday night that we could still hear the noise inside the room. Apart from that, the service is ok

Best hotel in singkawang. Attached to the grand mall, rooms aren't bad either. Breakfast buffet was great.

Slow service, stubborn waiters, uneducated hotelier?? Cant even read his own ENGLISH menu, difficult to understand a word like - ICE COFFEE. Non english speaker hotel worker? Seriously? Wow..terrible menu. The fried rice is awful, the chicken and satay is horrible, the shrimp crackers is stale already. Food is bad. Service is worst. Need improvement. As a hotel / restaurants owner myself, its important for ur servant to recognize ur own guest face. I wait for 1 hour for my towel and fried rice. And im the only one guest. They didnt even recognize myself.

I believe it's the best hotel in Singkawang. Good service, good rooms with the amenities. It's connected with mall where you can get basic amenities, some restaurants, and cinema. Will be staying at this hotel again when visiting Singkawang.

If Rick Blaine were here instead of Casablanca, he'd said, what's a dame like you doing in a place like this? It's too swanky for a town like Singkawang. It may not be rated 5 stars, but it's staff makes you feel like you're in one. The breakfast provided was adequately scrumptious. Only complaint is that housekeeping is overwhelmed during peak period.

Satu-satunya hotel international di Singkawang. Dengan suguhan view yang amat mempesona disenja hari.

Di kamar tidak ada sign kiblat, merepotkan buat yang muslim.
Dari siang sampai jam 6 sore suara pekerja entah di kamar sebelah atau diatas berisik sekali. Tidak bisa istirahat siang hari.
Jendela kamar kotor.
Kurang kedap suara, karena suara dari koridor jelas terdengar.
Menu sarapan pagi harus lebih diperhatikan. Masak ada sampai 3 menu nasi, nasi putih, nasi goreng, nasi hainan. Padahal ada mie goreng dan bubur juga plus ada roti. Serba karbo banget
