The hotel located near the biggest mall in Malang (MATOS), easily access from main road. Good hotel if we have business at Brawijaya university or Malang University. there is a lot of street food near the hotel, but Hotel also provides restaurant with reasonable price. the room smell good and fresh every time we enter the room. I stay for 3 nights and the housekeeper maintain the cleanliness of the room everyday and always replace the wet towels with the new one.

Clean room, good service and delicious food . restaurant provides a lot of food variety. Location near the mall and some famous university, valuable for money. The staff very polite and helpful, they greet each guest with warm smile.

the rooms are neat, the place is clean and comfortable, there is a ballroom for office gathering.
the food for breakfast is standard nothing stands out and it feels ordinary. the dining area overlooks the pool.
there are swimming pool facilities, fitness center.
close to the brawijaya campus, in the sense of easy access.

Swiss Belinn is an international hotel which is located in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. I was there for 2 days. It was very nice and comfortable. I really enjoy swimming there 😂 and thats the best. In the evening until 10.00 pm, there is a band singing a song and you can request a song or you can sing by yourself. The food in there was very delicious too.

I came here once for attending a seminar. The interior was great for a 3-star hotel. Spacious lobby. The ballroom located near the swimming pool and breakfast area, so the coffee break session was great. They also provide us with delicious snacks and drinks. Hopefully I can be here again later for a staycation :)

Biasa sajaruangan terlalu kecil bila dibandingkan dengan Swiss Bell Tunjungan pada type ruangan yang sama.
Kamar mandinya kecil banget, shower sudah mulai rusak. Handuknya sudah beleltidak layak digunakan lagi.
Jangan lewatkan untuk menikmati breakfirst di hotel ini. Menu lumayan banyak dan rasanya tidak mengecewakan.

Small room but with adequate amenities. I don't like the shower that covered only by curtain which cause the water to spill everywhere. Quite big size pool on the 2nd floor next to the cafè. Friendly staffs. Close approximate to major universities.

comfy place. easy to access. near mall, school, and university. and there is a lot of food street in front of hotel. breakfast are good with much variation. staff service very kind and fast respond enough.

but they only give you 1 smart key to access lift and turn on your room electricity, so if one of you go outside and one again inside the room, you always must ask the staff to give you lift access. they provide extra bed, but i think the room is quite small to add 1 extra bed, but it still enough

#i gave my reviews on traveloka a couple days ago. i gave them my pros and cons about their hotel. there are some cons that i think may crutial for them. and suprisingly, they called me by phone and confirm are that true about my review. i explained all that happend to me at that time. and they understand that service company must not be like that. they promise will fix it soon. that's great, i never expect that big hotel like this see their customer reviews and concern about it. nice and keep it up!!

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, wee were a group of 12, no problems with any rooms. Room service was quicker than expected,although we only ordered drinks. Staff are very nice. Ran low on beers, but we did drink alot.Taxi rank outside and shopping centre next door. I would recommend you to stay.

I stayed for two days as it is near universitas negeri malang. Overall is good except the service of the reception when I was checkout. I was in hurry and already said by phone that I was going to go down and check out and asked to prepare my documents.. the lift was so slow.

When I came down my document hasn't ready yet. I left my plastic bag because of that. They didn't remind me.

The documents was not ready yet. There are queeing and the receptionist asked me to wait. I said I had to catch the train. I put my plastic bag on the receptionist desk. She said I can left after she put my room card. I forgot to take out my pastic bag. That contains lumpia semarang made by my aunty in Malang for"oleh2". The receptionist still quiet and I realize it on my way to the station. No time for went back. I called them maybe they can send it to my homet but she said they can send it tomorrow. The food will be deteriorated if waiting till tomoorrow. So I don't bring any oleh2 because of that.

The front office called me just now and offered to send it by travel but I have to pay for 45.000 idr..

Comfortable bed, tidy room, great shower. They provide great breakfast in wide variety of cuisine (Love that!). Adjacent to Matos (Malang Town Square) just in case you need a place to hang out. There's Starbucks around the block. Would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

The hotel has swimming pool and meeting rooms. The room is clean and cozy but a bit small. The breakfast is as expected. Wifi is a tad slow, but working. There are malls and inexpensive university student canteen nearby.

we stay in this hotel on our family vacation to Malang. we choose this hotel its because the location is near to the Mall Malang Town Square, so easier to find something to eat or to find anything. overall this place is nice, simple style, humble staff, nice room, i stayed in deluxe room, not to big, but still okay for family with 2 kids. they have pool and gym. since i don't have breakfast in this hotel, so i don't give comment about the food. the location is easy to reach from any direction. you should try to stay at this hotel when you visit Malang.

Clean, and cozy business hotel with a mall nearby, meaning it is very easy to get anything we need.

The only downside is the number of cafe beside the hotel playing live music until late at night.

This hotel has a very nice location. Very close to shopping mall and supermarket. So convenient!!!

If you are a visitor of UM, this is the best choice because go over the street, the main entrance of UM is right there.

The hotel room is compact but clean. Some noises coming from the air conditioner need a few days to get used to it. Breakfast is great. Many selections. A swimming pool there so attractive to me, but no time to use it. What a pity!!!

Taxi service is good. All people in this hotel are so polite. I like them very much and they did help a lot to me. Very appreciated.

All in all, this is a hotel you can take your vacation or run over your mission without worrying about anything.

This is good budget hotel if you want to visit Malang. Its room (the cheapest one) is good, its breakfast is delicious, and it's price is quite cheap. Overall, if you want a good hotel with little budget, this might be your choice.

Professional hotel. Staff is trained and know the meaning of hospitality! Breakfast is just great, so much choice you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner from it and you wont eat a dish twice!
Clean rooms, nice location near the center and a mall on walking distance.
We will go back in the future!

Rooms are okay though a bit small with its price range. MX Mall and Malang Town Square nearby. Decent choice if you have an errand in Brawijaya University.
