Dont waste your holiday in this hotel. Check in took 30 minutes (without any queue). The reception did not understand english (she literally didnt even know what smoking means).

Air conditioning was poor. Called the technician through the receptionist and left the room for dinner. When we came back, the reception did not even know whether its been done (and yes the air cond is still poor, and we believed someone came to have it checked as we found some trace of someone entering our room).

Room itself is fairly small. Cleaniness is good.

Breakfast experience: this is faaaaarrr from international standard. Utensils were not properly accessible, the staff at the fresh fruit counter was very rude. Food itself was just average (or perhaps lower than average for most dishes)

The rooms' looked clean. But somehow, it didn't smell good in my room and my friends'. It smelt like mouldy wood.
Other than that, everything was good.
They provide various kind of meal for breakfast.
It's connected to mall panakkukang. And located near restaurants and souvenir shops

Three stars but feels like four stars
Large room,
The facilities almost complete (spa and fitness centre) but there's no swimming pool
Restaurant is large enough and there are so many choice of food for your breakfast

Room wise, this hotel is okay. This hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall. Definitely convenient for guests staying at this hotel. They have great pizzas too.
