I was there to claim my car insurance for my side rear view mirror under ACA. The employee was nice and helpful. When you come here from the rawmangun direction, you need to spot the huge suzuki signage and be ready to turn right. If you missed it, you need to take a U turn if there is any. Just ask the guard there to open the street portal so you can turn right. They will happily open it for you.
