  Once, my room was blackout.. and I call room service to fix it.. but it takes like a hundred years to fix that and when I ask to choose another room, they promised me that it won't be take long time .. but Yeah .. i hope the will make an improvement to manage and maintain this hotel properly

  The only 4 star hotel in minahasa, enjoy the stay here, The beach view is fantastic, and right behind the hotel, there is 2km long road that still under development, but already can be use for public, perfect for jogging track.

  The most luxurious hotel in South Minahasa Regency. The parking lot is very wide; and the service is excellent. They offer all kind of services generally found at the high-class hotels.
