Spent honeymoon in here. We make reservation for Deluxe Room but They give us villa 😁😀. This resort have Nice view.. And helpful staff. I enjoy staying here.

Fabulous place, awesome price!
Maintenance lacking, but seemed fully functional.
Wifi, some (big) rooms with AC, most with fans, lots of TV channels.

Totally not recommended.
We spent few days in this place, the staff is unable to run the hotel: for two days we didn't have running water, and one day not even electricity!
What is even worst they CHARGED TWO TIMES THE PRICE on our credit card and never give money back.

Wonderful view from our room and the restaurant. Service is great. They will get pretty much everything we need, but we don't ask for too much. Slightly rustic experience with cold water showers and some power outages. We purchased two small chargable lanterns at the materials shop on the way here from the airport hotel. Free ride. You drive past the more populated Kuta beach area and through the village to get here. My wife, 2 year old daughter and I are in the middle of a 1 week stay right now and having a blast!

So amazingly spot, my room facing to rinjani vocano and beautiful bay.. It's perfect combination,i am really enjoying the real holiday,thanks surf Garden team..!!

Adresse à eviter absolument, le staff ne comprend rien, les photos de booking sont fausses, pas la chambre demandé, beaucoup trop cher par rapport au reste des hotels et la nourriture est pas bonne, le staff est incompétent et ne tient pas parole. Attention

The staff were very lovely people and made you feel welcome! the villas were beautiful! They really thought of every little thing that travellers would like to have. The breakfast was delicious and large portions! location was fantastic, on the end side of the gerupuk bay. in the evening you enjoy indonesian-local and very very good western food!!!
