Suitable for family. Location is very strategic.

A lifesaver. We booked another hotel but arrived late to Batu Karas at 10 pm (a 6 hrs drive from Bandung) and there was nobody at that place. There's also a blackout everywhere. Batu Karas Sunrise was the ONLY place with lights on since they have a genset thank goodness
There's a staff standing by too and he was really helpful and friendly booking us in immediately even help us arranging body raft tour to Green Canyon.
Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is good too. I can't stress enough on the reliability of this hotel though.response / report this review -

beach located just one breath away, but to visit the batukaras surf spot you need to take around 10 minutes walk. Pool quite clean, some options on tv channel, inside the room there are no XL data, you need to use your Telkomsel card (credit recharge just around the corner).

Well appointed nice to stay. A little bit on the high price side. No smoking in any rooms or common open lobby. Great for no-smokers but pian if you do. very close to good beginners surf beach, rated 3rd in area.

+ Lokasi cukup strategis, dekat pantai batukaras, dan 10 menit menuju meeting point OW Green Canyon/Cukang Taneuh
- Jumlah staff/karyawan hotel kurang memadai
