  I actually been on this place a lot and would give higher rating if not because of this problem. I was importing (indent) some parts that i have broke because crash of months ago but for 3 weeks straight, they haven't give me any sign thay my parts is coming and their promise was 1 week top so yeah very disappointing.

  2 to 3 years ago, they gave one bottle of tea for free for each customer, now they don't (or the customers have to ask?) 80% of the time, they couldn't figure out what's wrong with my motorcycle. Either I've had to to return the next day to make sure they'll find the problem with more thorough inspection, or I ended up going to another Yamaha Service Center.

  Ruang tunggu servis non smokingnya cukup nyaman, pelayannya lumayan oke. Hanya saja penjaga kasirnya kurang ramah. Sebaiknya datang selain jam makan siang supaya tidak antri terlalu banyak.
