Amazing resort! Everything was top notch! Food was good (I'm half Indonesian and very picky when it comes to Indonesian food, but I had no complaints whatsoever about the food Sudamala served), staff was friendly and very accommodating, spa service was great, room was comfortable and spacious, and the beach was right there! But my favorite part of our stay was their turndown service. Every night, the staff would leave a bedtime story with cookies in the room! A different story each night too! I've uploaded some pics so you get an idea of what it was like. All in all, the resort was so good that we didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all! Great place if you're looking for some rest and relaxation :) Highly recommended!

We stayed at Sudamala in Lombok from 29/12/17 to 1/1/18 - we absolutely LOVED our experience. True 5 star treatment, beautiful friendly and happy staff, fabulous bartenders, and the room was top notch, better than 5 star with a view of Mt Agung across the ocean. We will definitely be returning and the resort carries our very highest recommendation for a holiday destination where you are treated like both royalty and family xx

The rooms are very nice with a excellent bathroom. The food is alright and it takes a while to receive. The hotel is located right on a good beach what can be surfed with 3-4 feet waves. I would recommend staying here.

A bunch of creeps, after we had to cancel our holiday due to the volcano.
These people would only return a small percentage. Our hotels on Bali retuned

Knit resort with fantastic spa

Been visited Sudamala Villas in Sanur and was so impressed by the art display and its chilling ambiances gives me a big expectation about Sudamala Senggigi. Well, It was a bit different. Not so many artistic things found in Senggigi but yet still an impressive place with beautiful gardening, Lush greenery surrounding, stunning beachfront swimming pool and the beach is just wow. So, yes. This place meets my expectation. Equally as beautiful as the one in Sanur.

Amazing hotel! Food has been delicious, rooms are very nice- we stayed in an ocean view however there isn't much of an ocean view as it is mainly hidden by plants and the pool but that was fine with us. All the staff are very friendly and their English speaking is a much better standard than everywhere else we have stayed. Couple of complaints as usual with any place- we were downstairs and the people upstairs were making a racket scraping furniture or whatever most of the night but we spoke to reception and got moved to another upstairs room that was free. Also the prices for the food that's not included doesn't have the 21% or so tax and service charge already added on which was a bit cheeky so watch out for that. But all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Went here for my honeymoon on Nov 2016.
I booked sunset view room for my honeymoon. The room was very great. Very nice and comfortable room. AC was great, big screen TV, high ceiling with traditional design.
They gave me the most front room near the beach so I got a very great view from my room.
Best part of it is the bathroom. I was expecting a standard bathtub yet I got, may I say, a plunge pool instead, inside the bathroom.. haha.. its like a small pool where you and your partner can soak and relaxing in it.
Breakfast was ala carte but it was really good and tasty. Mangsit is a quite place so its good for you who wants to have a getaway from big city crowdness.response / report this review -

Staff are efficient and welcoming. Our room was a gorgeous garden view suite and was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is outstanding and the beach is right by the pool. Great view for breakfast and dinner. Food is excellent and a good variety and portion size. As for value for money. Food and drink are cheap for a luxury hotel but depends what you are buying (local cuisine cheap, imported not so).

Very nice Resort with super friendly staff. Room are nice, clean and confortable, the best is the outdoor shower for the ground rooms. Just note for the hotel the ocean views are the rooms in the ground floor (close to the ocean) but do not literally face the ocean (but the restaurant/pool). The one facing the sea are the sunset rooms. Breakfast is based on a menu and everything is delicious !!
Around the hotel in the beach there are two nice Warungs (one in each side) with really good prices, great to enjoy the sunset with a cold drink.response / report this review -

Gorgeous! Definitely exceeded my expectations. The private pool villas were VERY spacious and the outdoor bathroom looking out to the pool was beautiful. We actually spent most of our time in Lombok enjoying the hotel, breakfast in room and lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the beach, enjoying the views and relaxing. Prices were reasonable and staff were fantastic!! When they found out it was our honeymoon, they surprised us with a beautiful cake and the band came right up to our table and serenaded us the WHOLE night. They even had a fire show one of the nights for all the guests on the beach.

Quiet and low density villa - great for couples, honeymooners and couples with young kids (not all at the same time).
Firstly, hotel rooms are good but the bathroom is great! The bathroom is larger than the actual bedroom, and the outdoor shower is an experience by itself (especially when it is raining - imagine cold rain and hot water from the shower on your skin simultaneously).
We had the ground floor pool facing room and couldn't be happier. Short hop to Oleh-oleh restaurant (where breakfast is served) and we can see our kid in the pool from our room.
The staff were very thoughtful and friendly. They saw what was needed and provided us even before us asking. Great service!
The beach is right at the doorstep of the hotel pool - quick note that the sand is not the powdery white sand variety. Beach is quite secluded as it is shared only with a couple other hotels along the stretch.
Location wise the hotel is away from the Senggigi main street - a 5 mins drive (Rupiah 20k ride) but there is a small convenient shop within 5 mins walk.
Minor grouses are the maintenance of the room. Dampness can see at certain corners of the room / shower area. Improvements can be made on the maintenance.

Lovely small-scale resort with friendly and helpful staff. Great location with a beautiful beach and good food. Day tours to the Gilis (north and south) are a must - especially if you like snorkelling. Our guide found turtles within minutes and the water is teeming with tropical fish around the coral.

We have had an amazing 4 days at Sudamala suites and villas and will be very sad to leave. The lovely staff have been so attentive and the food is delicious. Our accommodation is always clean and we have stunning ocean views from our balcony. Overall we cannot fault this beautiful resort and will take home many happy memories.
