  This is the station on small regency Kutoarjo. It serve train to main cities like Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya. Local trains to Purwokerto, Solo and Yogyakarta also available. No online ride sharing is available. Angkot to Purworejo, the capital of the regency, is available in front of the station. Ojek and becak motor to be used for go around the city. Kutoarjo bus station is 5 minutes walking distance.

  This train station always getting better and better. When I was child,I had headache on every arrival there because of smoke from traditional cigarette (usually I call it Petruk cigarette). Now nothing but cleanliness both air and floor. Train schedule always up-to-date, departure on time, visitors management also great (before it was sooooo crowded & uncomfortable 😅). I always waiting for another chance to visit Kutoarjo

  KA Singasari from Pasar Senen Station to Blitar, arrived in Kutoarjo Station at 20.49 local time. Quite good station and clean.

  Now it has a new neon box near exit door, an information for local transportation, it's helpful for new comer in Kutoarjo. The departure and arrival sign now is changed, it looks more sophisticated and can be read easily. The last sign was only a LCD monotir that placed in a high wall, pain in the neck.

  Lack of public transportation outside the rail station. Too many ojek drivers. Most of facilities are clean.
