  Great place and coffee but sometimes the queque line is to long. Service is good. Place have a goo ambiance. There are so many choices so you won't get bored when buy drinks in here

  The most queued Starbucks in town. Never ending line, especially on the weekend. It located in the Sogo dept. store at ground level. They sold Reserve coffee bean in this place, you can spot from its Reserve logo. Their place is pretty big enough for dine in. They have high chair too

  Crowded starbucks store. Definitely an upgrade compared to a standard starbucks. The lines are quite long here.

  Best Starbucks interior in Surabaya.
  
  Miss the old starbucks with the old manual machine.
  The new super automatic Mastrena produces below average espresso (a bit watery). It's produced by Thermoplan, same espresso machine producer that excelso use.
  
  The steamed milk is also watery, not as creamy as it was before. Not sure what causes this.. The machine or the milk itself (greenfields).
  
  Chicken and mushroom croissant is very good.
  
  Syrups are not as good as it was before. I used to like the caramel macchiato so much, but not anymore. Since 2010 (i guess), the taste is suddenly different. The caramel syrup tasted very artificial since that time.
