The baristas were efficient (fast!), while being friendly and polite in the same time. One of them is also super cute and that helps.

"Visited at night".
-Typicall starbucks menu and price.
-i think it's a "Quiet place" (since im the one who makin' the noise pollution lol) my apology.
-There're many bar stall (wooden), chairs (wooden), A sofa for 4ppl.
-Outdoors quite nice place (a bit dark at night)

i like this place. friendly service, clean place, convenient to spend an afternoon in Kuta. I suggest to the security guard at starbucks mercure kuta to pay more attention to the guests who are in the smoking area,cause yesterday my friend almost stole her wallet by a foreign citizen sitting right behind my friend. when I shout, happens to be there when there is no security .. and what should I do if the place isnt safe?

Pertama kali ke starbuck dengan pelayanan super ramah. Honestly I Never that love bout coffee since i have a tummy issues, but starbuck serves a different types of coffee that can be accepted for someone who has a stomach discomfort. Really like to come here since my boyfriend say here is the one of the most convenient outlet to visit all around Bali island.

Usual Starbucks that you would expect anywhere in the world. Cold air conditioning and the same old drinks your used to. Great spot to sit and rest up in between walking around kuta.

Good place if you want to work. Not so crowded, a lot of power sockets, the internet speed is around 8Mb/s (up and down) but you have to reconnect once in a while.

Requested freshly brewed coffee, the waitress used powder and water, taste was discusting! Eventhough i got real brewed coffee after complaining, taste was not okay at all!!!

The workers are actually so nice, yet so slow --" I ordered cinnamon rolls and they forget my order and I need to wait like almost 30 minutes for that (they did say sorry for that --") the view is just nice, the inside area is so good.
