  Such a big chain coffee shop, inside a popular business district, sadly they cant even afford fast-wifi. If youre here looking to get work done, this is not the place.

  Tables were all dirty even though place was almost empty. We picked a kinda clean spot to sit my toddler down in and wait fir our tea and coffee only to be over whelmed by the odor of piss. The smell was so bad i was checking everything only to trun and look at a homless guy sitting all be it quietly at a table. I don't think they were very obsurvent of the loby is my point. My tea was more ice then tea it was good though. 3 stars because we could not sit down and relax.

  Coffee machine was broken so I couldn’t have a regular house blend coffee - for a Starbucks??? Pretty embarrassing. And, it’s not like I came early in the morning. They could have fixed it immediately.
