  Dear foreign travellers!
  
  please be careful with sriwajaya company. their drivers cannot be trusted & the receptionist were rude too.
  
  my husband & i called upon to enquiry the price from our hotel to goa jamblang then to pantai timang & back to hotel. the charges was RP550,000.
  
  but because last min I was't feeling well upon meeting the driver we told him we are cancelling our plans to goa jamblang & just proceed to pantai timang instead. so the charges should be lowered down.
  
  we ask the driver, so how much is the total he said RP600,00. we were shock! what a scammer! we fought back & said no. your company agreed if we go two places it would charge so & so. now we are only going1 place & u are charging this much. why not u call your office & verify again. anyway, our time spend was 1hr at pantai timang.
  
  INDICATED ON THEIR WEBSITE, IT INCLUDES PARKING FEE & DRIVER's MEAL. initially we werent aware, so we paid off the parking fee as requested by the driver.
  
  after much discussion, the driver didnt call the office & make us wait like a fool. we called them instead, but they freaking hanged up on us half way & make us pay RP500,000.
  
  SO PLEASE FOREIGNERS DO NOT TAKE FROM THEM!

  We (group of local Indonesians and foreigners) rent the car with Sriwijaya Transport (Bapak Yoncie) for our vacation in Jogja - Bandung. On the way to Bandung, the driver was sleepy while driving on the road. In Bandung, we gave him to rest half a day, but the driver asked for full day rest.
  After calling Bpk Yoncie to not continue the car rent, he agreed to return the payment for the remaining two days (2,4 millions IDR). Two weeks has passed and still haven't got the money yet.
  
  Kami (grup turis lokal and asing) sewa mobil dengan Sriwijaya Transport (Bpk Yoncie) utk travel Jogja - Bandung. Dalam perjalan ke bandung, supirnya ngantuk di jalan. Sampai di Bandung saya kasih istirahat 1/2 hari tapi supirnya minta 1 hari penuh. Setelah telp Bpk Yoncie untuk menghentikan sewa mobil sampai hari itu, beliau sepakat utk mengembalikan uang sewa mobil utk sisa hari yang tak terpakai (2,4 juta). Tapi setelah lebih dari 2 minggu, uang masih belum dikembalikan.
