Room include bathroom is clean. For a three star hotel they have a good selection of food for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

no swimming pool. the breakfast are mostly salty at my first day. better and more various after that. bed room are clean and tidy. open door space are beautiful with fish pond.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I was checked-in at sat, 01/07/2017 at 04:00am early morning, and checking out at 03/07/2017 at 12:20 pm afternoon. When i am checking out, the reception asked me whether i consumed a mineral water in the room, and i said yes, then she asked about a large bottle of mineral water, and i also said i have consumed my own mineral water which i bought using the service of gojek.

Then she said since saturday 01/07/2017 the hotel has started to put in large mineral water which is "Aqua" 1500ml into each room, and said that i had consumed the hotel's mineral water. i tried to clarify that i have stayed inside my room all day except on sunday 02/07/2017 from 03:30pm to 11:00pm , and eventhough i didn't put the DND sign at the door, they didn't touch the room from what i've seen, because nothing's been cleaned at all.

But when i was checking-out, they firmly said housekeeping did put a mineral bottle in it, and said it like i was lying, and here now, i am standing with my crutches, yes, did i forget to mention, i was handicapped so i need crutches to move around, i had to stand there and endure the humiliation. what kind of hotel that suspect their own customer of drinking only a bottle of mineral water, and claims the guest is guilty only based on the verbal opinion of a dishonest housekeeping who said he had made up everyroom.

this is my last stay with soll marina hotel. this hotel sucks. after my phone call with the receptionist after i checkout, they only said they're sorry for it, the housekeeping made a miscommunication, while they had me humiliated in the reception. I forfeited my deposit which is a hundred thousand rupiahs. because i cant stand waiting for them delaying me only for A STUPID BOTTLE OF MINERAL WATER!!! it's been a really TERRIBLE AND IDIOTIC EXPERINCE FOR ME TO STAY HERE.

Favorit saya di hotel ini adalah masakan tradisionalnya; citarasa makanannya terasa masakan rumahan banget. Menu lunch buffet favorit: krecek, pecel, tempe orek, es melon selasih. Musholla di basement sudah cukup nyaman, hanya saja ukurannya agak kecil. Tempat parkir juga cukup terbatas.

Get together with some adidas friends in the Teras Resto of Sol Marina Hotel.. had ordered buffet for dinner.. with quite affordable price.. we could get many various menus from appetizer to desert .. recommended to set other event in this place

Been here twice, and surprisingly it's a quite convenient hotel. Quick access from Alam Sutera. Almost all aspects are okay, unless it doesn't have a pool and limited parking area. You will find a minimarket in front of it, in case you need to buy anything.
