- We have some raw vegan dishes in our menu, because we believe that living food or fresh food is healthy and nutritious.
- However some dishes taste much better when cooked. And we cook those for you with love.
- We are animal friendly. We do not harm anybody to prepare your meal.
- We cook only healthy food. So, none of our dishes or drinks contain any GMO, artificial flavors, colorings, sweeteners, synthetic food additions or any other harmful ingredients.
- We use only fresh and organic products from local farmers whenever it is possible.
- And yes, we have the best breakfasts in the area!;)
- Our juice extracts are made with slow juicers, which means you actually get cold pressed juice, having all the nutrients and vitamins preserved effectively for a healthier drink. Enhanced fiber retention from such a juice is highly beneficial to the digestive system as well.
We do not add any water, ice or sugar to our juice extracts (only in case you ask us to). That’s why we call them FAIR juices.
