My 84-year old dad just had a cataract surgery yesterday in this hospital. He was asked to come at 2 pm and had to wait for 6.5 hours before his surgery in a small seating area with uncomfortable chairs along with the other patients. The hospital staff just gave him a donut and a glass of water while waiting for 6.5 hours! The waiting room was not intended for patients waiting for the surgeries! It brings distress and anxiousness to the patients. The hospital should find a way to provide better service to the patients, especially in customer service, time management and friendly staff!!

Service is not standard. number of doctor and nuraes are not good. they can't provide satisfactory health care. area is clean but waing area is not enough to provide all patient and attendand. waiting time is very long. poor management. efficiency is good but other management is poor. government should come forward to solve this problem and can provide good services. there is many scope to improve. international entrepreneurs can come forward for investment.

One of the largest Surabaya's hospital with modern facilities & complete treatment. You can also see all the doctors and their specialties in my photos. This hospital have more than 50 rooms with 4 floors.Even this hospital have some basic needs like drugstore, coffee shop, bakery, restaurants, cafetaria & banks. The nurse and hospital staffs are welcome and friendly. But they have problem with parking lot. They still on development progress for bigger campus and new parking lot. The nearest parking are in the street managed by local neighbourhood. But you can also park your car in the Grand city mall.They have ambulance and shuttle service also.

Sorry to say, but I don't feel satisfied with their services. During my business trip to Surabaya, I got diarrhea then I go to their emergency unit. It was really a quick diagnosis. I was told to get 2 medicine but turns out I get 3 injection and 1 pills. Then, I'm waiting for around 1.5 hours but nobody coming to check or even asking my condition after getting the meds. I had to asking several times, whether I can go back to hotel or still need another treatment. They give me another medicine for home treatment.
After all, I didn't get any better. I decided to go back to Jakarta to get proper treatment.
Slow response at registration desk, have to standing whilst registered.
With it's high price, the quality should be improved!response / report this review -

many good doctors have practice here in the policlinic, not so long queue. but they don't even have the parking lot, only valet service due to the development for the mall.

Sumpahh parahhh
Adminnya plus penanggung jawab asuransi berantakan. Pada saat mau check out Kartu asuransi sy yg dibalikin dan disuru bayar sendri dlu. Wtf
Pelayanan untuk check out lama sekali, malah menyalahkan kalo hal ini lama krn asuransi saya baru bergabung. Heh mbak, Sedangkan pihak pusat asuransi sudah saya telp, mereka hanya tunggu laporan dr rs dan lama atau barunya saya join itu gak ada hubungannya. Dan saya follow up lg ke pihak rs lagi, yg katanya butuh formulir untuk diisi dokter lah yang dokternya sudah pulang lah. Dan saya sudah menunggu 5 jam!!

Their rooms are limited and even the small room's fare isn't quite reasonable aka pricey. But their services are great and the doctors/nurses are friendly.

One of the best hospitals in Surabaya. Often goes to the clinics. Lots of famous doctors practice here. The queue is usually reasonable. Pharmacy service was ok, the price is also fair. Communicative staff. Well done

Poor service, my husband had been gravely sick for a few dayswent to the emergency because he was completely dehydrated after having acute diarrhea for over 3 days, hasn't been able to keep anything down. The doctor gave him an injection but didn't even care to ask or look at the Meds he was on. When asked what was given to him on several occasions, the doctor would just respond that he was fine and could go back to the hotel. No one spoke english and we needed to have a translator from our hotel to accompany my husband at 1:00am. Will never go back to this hospital!

Poor service!!! I have called this hospital about to ask my insurance claim but no response! I have waited more than 1 hour on the phone call and still no response!! Don't u have admin to pick the phone call?! Don't u have special admin to answer and response any complain from customers !? Please concern this testimoni from me ur customer! And do fix this kind of problem. Remember that customers are the important one!!

Don't go if you can't speak bahasa. Nobody's speaking English. One doctors visit at 5.30am but giving no information about the disease. Mould in bathroom

Kualitas peralatan dan dokternya bintang 5 bagus cepat tanggap joss Tapi kualitas SDM Susternya. Ampun amit" malesnya itu loh. Ada pasien minta tolong turunin posisi kasur dibantah ? Ada suster jutek dan ga menghargai pasien ? Cuma di siloam surabaya saya merasakan. Tolong SDM susternya di perbaiki. Jangan hanya gara" SDM susternya buruk nama siloam jadi jelek. Waktu itu saya di lantai 2.
