Very very bad!!!
I called the hospital 3-4times no one picks up.
Then i called call center, the nurse said they have no Specialize Pediatricia, and she registered my daughter for Specialize doctor
I came here on 11AM and 11PM my daughter still in the ER.
They said the doctor is on 12 PM, she came on 12.30 and our turn is on 2PM, then she said she cannot handle it, my daughter must be move to pediatrician.
They said the doctor is available from 11AM-5PM
I re-registered as they told me to, i come at 2.15 they said the doctor will come at 3! WtH!!
We went out for our super delayed lunch.
I come back, the doctor was nicer, but she said "You can use the gov. Insurance"
She send us off to the ER so we can use it, but then we have to re-registered, we wait for the ER doctor, 1 hr later they took the blood sample, then 1 hr later they said they need to do x-ray for covid test, they said they have to wait for the spesific doctor to read it, and 5 HOURS LATER! they said the doctor will read
So they took swab test of my daughter and they said the result in 2 MORE HOURS!!! fFFFFFFFf!!! So here we are still waiting!!
The information of the procedures are very limited, you have to directly asks the counter, with most of them are already hot headed because of the line that waited for them.
They even do not have the sign for "TOILET", the toilet is digustingly dirty and smell really awfull!!
The care dept for adult and child are the se floor, so they are flooded with people!!!
The ER bed are used and not cleaned after, they are blood stained when i enter!!!
They keep the injured there so the odor of rotten wound are spread across the room!!!
So yes.. thank you for the treatment but if not force to come back i will not come back!!!

Went to get PCR & Antigen here, after registering online with the express lane, still had to wait for at least 1.5hrs since theres only ONE person in the whole hospital that can take the sample for PCR & Antigen???? Seriously only ONE person in thw whole Hospital? How can they let soooo many ppl wait and just lied???

This place must be an executive hospital, you can tell them by you see how clean this place, how well they service and well designed this place was.
Last I was visited, my mom here in the standard room I think, but still, it doesn't look like it's the standard room because they only have 3 bed for one room, compared to another place, the standard room would be more than 4 bed in one room.
And a reminder, they don't accept patient visitors during a pandemic. So, if you want to show your care, support the patient guard because of the only person who can be, beside the patient for 24 hours only patient guard.

No picture from me because there is a restriction that you can not take any pictures inside the hospital including patients and medical staff.

Decent hospital, for local standard.
Terrible parking management! Parking lot next to the hospital is a Valet Parking only. Cost like 20k IDR for the Valet, you will also have to pay the parking fee when leaving the Hospital.
Called Valet Service but you still have to park your own car. Even if they did help parking the car for you, dressed like thugs with handwritten ‘Valet Rp20.000’ wouldn’t buy my trust.

Recommendation: don’t drive your car when go there or have a driver to only drop off&pick you up. This is extremely taking advantage of the sick people who have no choice

Even though there was a slight language barrier we are so grateful to the doctors and staff. They tried their best with the food and the care and attention was much appreciated.

Nice hospital with friendly staff.
the meal is cooked by the Aryaduta Hotel . So this is Half Hospital and half hotel
The visitor can use the Parking Space on the Aryaduta Hotel Basement

Rumah sakit ini letaknya tepat berdekatan dengan titik 0 Manado. Masuk kategori hotel memuaskan, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi service para staf nya yang masih terlihat kaku dan jarang tersenyum.
Rumah sakit ini juga memiliki cafe yang memberikan menu asik.
