One of the best sheesha in bali . Had the melon apple fizz which was outstanding 🤩 . The food also was amazing . The ambience has a Moroccan feel to it which right on the mark.

I had a craving for some hummus. We stopped by and were amazed at how beautifully decorated Shisha is from the inside. It was an Wednesday night so we were 1 of 4 couples at the location since it was a slow night. Friendly service and everyone was polite and sweet. I would recommend if you have a inkling for middle eastern food in Bali.

Would have given 5 stars but can’t as the staff here were so confused over something so simple.

Food here is absolutely awesome. Met up with friends from back home here and we had a lovely meal. Really well cooked grilled food. The lamb was exquisite and ambience is lovely.

Super dampener was when I ordered a fresh fruit juice, making sure to ask the waitress if it’s just fruits to which she confirmed is so. Having almost finished my meal (which was delicious!) roughly 20 minutes into my meal, still no sign of drink. When I finally received my juice, it was overpoweringly sweet due to a syrup of something being added to my drink. I asked the waitress if this contained any syrup and she said yes, but that’s how it’s made. I asked if it can be changed to just fruit like I asked for initially. She went away and after another delay, returned saying that’s how it’s made and as I’ve already taken a sip, they can’t do anything. So i told her to take the syrup out coz I didn’t want it but she then said sorry we can’t do anything. I asked to speak to her manager and she was adamant for me to stay in my seat but I went over to the manager and told him the problem. Now at first, he said that’s how they make it and there must have been a communication breakdown between waitress and kitchen and he apologised which is fine. I accept that. I then asked him to please give me my normal juice but he then said sorry coz it’s made and I’ve had a sip, they can’t unless I order another one. By this point, I’m really fed up and tell him forget it, I don’t want my drink anymore. He then says no, can’t cancel and that’s when I got really annoyed and raised my voice which got their attention and he agreed to cancel the drink, finally!

The manager then had the nerve to come to my table and say sorry sir but we can’t cancel the drink. I then told him you’re making me really angry and your restaurant made the mistake to add artificial flavouring to fresh juice, and one final time he agreed to cancel. What a big hoohaa over something so petty! I really liked the joint, trendy with great food and a nice atmosphere, were it not for the staff it would have been the perfect night out and considering I spent almost 1m Rupiah here, fighting with me over a bloody juice that cost 45k is pretty pathetic!

Lovely food. Lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and there was live entertainment throughout the evening.if you're looking for a cheaper meal I would avoid it but the food was worth the price

A really cool place to spent your evening at!
The food is awesome! Homemade bread and really delicious Arabian meals. Staff is really friendly and polite.
Shisha is beyond and above! They even have a kind of a special one, which is just lit! Literally glowing in the dark.
Highly recommend!

Delicious food and tasty sweets. The service is more than excellent. I would give 10 stars if I could. We left the shisha cafe so sad because we discovered the place on our last day of Bali trip. The best night we had in a so welcoming atmosphere. Thank you shisha cafe

If you like sisha, this is the place, where you can really enjoy it. Huge offer of tabbacos, great service always caring about your coal and change them if needed for free. You can also change water for juice for more intensive experience.

better pick shisha cafe in sunset road, service much better. here i called ask for jamaican ice shisha, they said available it turns sold out when i come the cashier didnt check before.

Everything was on point. The decor in here was amazing I would love a lounge in my house to look like the restaurant. The whole decor and staff uniform created a great atmosphere. The shisha was amazing the flavours was 10/10 and the all around hygiene was top quality.
Hopefully this company bring this restaurant

Very good shisha and very nice entertainment. When we where there we got a show by belly dancers.
The customers service was also very good. And we just paid 89k for the pipe and 30k for a drink.

No alcohol served. The service was sporadic and our server kept taking away the menus while we waited for friends to arrive. The cool, relaxing environment was kinda ruined by the staff.

Place and atmosphere is nice, but when I ordered ginger tea (which world wide is know as hot water and ginger) they got me black tea with ginger and when I request to change it they told me we can't cancel you have to order another, in the menu it didn't say black tea, and when I spoke to the manager I told her I am not gonna drink it and I am not happy she said ok mam and left.
