Hot dog and Mac and cheese were OK, chips had seen better days, waiters gathered in a group at the back of the restaurant and were literally pointing at customers whilst laughing, very off putting. Desert was a joke after seeing other deserts come out and portions appear big we ordered the most expensive desert the cookie jar and said we would share it..see picture the spoons are teaspoons and only just fit in the tiny 'jar' and the ice cream was literally 'ice' in parts..we really enjoyed the lychee and mango beers and ended up ordering some to take out!

Went here a few times and the food was really good and the staff were friendly. Portion sizes were good and it was so nice to get mac n cheese!

We came to try their brownie and it was really disappointing. It was dry, not sweet enough, and it lacked the typical solid-yet-spongy texture of a brownie. To make the matter even worse, the ice cream they serve the brownie with was very icy. Come on guys! Even a package brownie is much better, and you have Bless Gelato right across the street where you can buy excellent creamy ice cream!

I can't comment on the rest of the food.

Loved this little spot. Went there twice . Their mac n cheese was really delicious and the burger was superb. So good that I ordered the same food both times I was there . If you like mac n cheese get the large serving . You won't regret it .

I don't know what other people were eating but our burgers and pulled pork sandwiches were frigging awesome. Beautiful, tasty beef of almost wagyu quality. Smoky perfect pork. Delicious buns. And a $3 tuna sashimi to die for. Great fries. Craft beer. We LOVED this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had the ‘Specialty Mac & Cheese’ which I would have been disappointed to see come out of a microwave meal. And my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was very under cooked. To top it off, they offered no apology when we complained and still tried to charge us for the under cooked meal.

The place appears to look nice, clean and tidy, with a good sounding menu. But the prices, service and food quality are far from ok.

Burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, cheesy fries and craft beers on the menu. Good quality and nice western option especially if you are just arriving to Gili Air and want a place near the harbour for a quick bite.

Popular little place on the main road heading into the center of Air. Stopped in here after arriving from Bali and had a decent meal. The Mac and cheese was likely Kraft Mac n' cheese but delicious nonetheless. The chicken sandwich was tasty as well. Wouldn't rush back because there are better places to eat on the island but it's definitely a good choice if you're on the hunt for greasy western food,

Best burgers we had in Indonesia. Interesting beers also. Had a Tom Collins and a whisky sour (actually with egg whites as it should be. Thumbs up!), really good. Came there twice in two days.

Amazing food! At first, we avoided going here as it looked super touristy, but we decided to try it and ended up going twice! Sandwiches were delicious and drinks were refreshing and well made. Great place to chill and enjoy yummy food!

We've been here for both lunch and dinner. For lunch my gf had the Croque Monsieur, a veritable cheese lovers feast and I had the Turkish köfte sandwich - just the right amount of spice. Both tasted really well, portions were a good size.
For dinner I had the burger, which was really good. I'm not too fond of mushrooms, but they were actually good on this occasion. My gf had the homemade lasagna which was much better than what you would expect in Southeast Asia.
The atmosphere at Sharkbites is really chilled and the staff are very friendly. Also, considering the touristy location the toilet is actually remarkably clean.
Would definitely recommend. However, if you're expecting traditional Asian food, you're in the wrong place. If you need some familiar comfort food though, this is the place to go.

Run by an austrian guy and one of the only one places in asia where i have seen Crystal Head Vodka. Really, just check it out!

Might be the best food around if you feel like eating something a bit more "westerner" on the island. Tasty burgers. On the expensive side but totally understandable.

We had the vegetarian burger and beef burger and they were both very tasty!! Also the fries are made from fresh potatoes! It was nice that they had different beer options and the cookie peanut butter ice cream jar for dessert was just delicious! Very friendly staff!

Had pork medallions, that showed to be beef. And the meat was very chewy and hard to cut. The mashed potatoes was nice though. My partner had taboulleh Sallad which was nice itself, but it didn't come with any sauce which made the dish very dry. I wouldn't recomend the place for the food, but the Sangrias are really good. Maybe we picked the wrong dishes from the menu, as I can see that people are pleased with the burgers.
