Admin is very helpful and good but I will not book this driver again. I suggest you all find a recommended driver and mention everything even language you prefer. Good Luck

I've got Jon as our Driver throughout my vacation in Bali. He delivered a pleasant experience during my visit.
Here are a few of the noteworthy traits that we like about him: very knowledgeable about Bali and places to go, punctual, friendly, and smooth driving.
The company was also flexible and accommodating in our needs. There's one occasion where our family felt under the weather. We requested to cancel the next day's trip. The firm granted our request without any extra charges/ penalty.response / report this review -

The booking process for this car rental is so easy and the down payment is very reasonable. Our driver Turah stuck with our large group and was very patient and accommodating. He gave great suggestions for restaurants and places to go to. He was always on standby 30 minutes before our appointed times and drove very well. If we are ever in Bali again I would try to book with him once more. I would definitely recommend.

Our driver Jon from Puri Bali car rental was very friendly guy and always punctual. He kept his car clean and was extremely good with my kids. We could completely trust him with taking our kids to places without us being with them. He was a great help with itinerary planning too.

I am really Happy with Puri Bali, their service is the best service compare with the other car rental service. Their Driver also drive very well and safety and the most important is ON TIME, they always arrived earlier. Do not hesitate to order car service from here.

Be careful with this company. We booked a car for a day for a pick up at Tanjung Benoa, going to Tanah Lot then drop off at the airport. We provided them with hotel booking confirmation that clearly stated where the pick up was, they never said anything about the price being higher. We only found out when we tried to book another car a day earlier to go somewhere else. We ended up cancelling all our booking since we didn't appreciate the inconsistencies.

We rented an Avanza Car for 2 days. We are a family, 3 adults, 1 elderly with 1 toddler. We were amazed by the car condition. Very clean and well maintained. However, unlike other reviews, we got Gede as our driver. He was polite towards us, on time, and indeed he made us arrived to our destinations accordingly. However, the way he drove was really bad. He was speeding too much. My elderly mom, toddler, my brother and I felt very sick, even we had to stop in the middle of the road because my son was vomiting really bad. Everybody was having headache and felt nauseous from his way of driving. Despite saying sorry, he mentioned that the reason we were feeling sick was because we were playing with our phone. He was quite a hot temper as well as he showed his anger (bad mouthing) towards other cars/drivers who were blocking his way when he tried to overtake other vehicles.
Reason I took this Car Rental is because of its high rating, but i guess it was just not our luck to get this driver.response / report this review -

We spent some great days on Bali. We used the Rent Car Mobil Sewa. There was a very good choice of cars and really high standard.
Our driver was Mr. Made. He was a very proffesional, punctual, kind and helpful person. The prices are covering renting a car with the driver and all gasoline for 12 h. It was a pleasure to use their services.
