Experience
The machine sometimes has trouble from an internal perspective, but in terms of service, it's quite good and easy to communicate with.

Hopefully in the future it will be possible for the machine to not always experience trouble because it prints a lot and continues to carry out professionalism in service 🙏
And also always provide solutions related to engine problems and easy to communicate when there are reports..

The service is very satisfying, if the photocopy has a technical problem, it comes right away, and if there are problems via WhatsApp, the response is fast.
