Nice place and very strategic station

It is a good train station. It is clean and has enough trash bins. Passengers are able to find snack and drink easily. It also provides ojek online.

A pretty nice train station, this train station is consedered as abig station where three lanes available. Inside this train station you may find some tenant provide foods or drinks. Outside the station, there is a sepong market where the traffic is horrible.

Favorite public transportation for Serpong people, excellent service for PT. KAI Crew. Excellent service for cleaning service that makes this station always clean. Have large parking for motorcycle and cars. We can find minimarket/bakery shop in this station

Termasuk stasiun yang besar dengan 4 lajur rel. Dari segi fasilitas, termasuk lengkap. Ada mushola dan tenant roti di sini (lantai 2) dan ada brand warung franchise juga (diluar)(4/5)
Dengan lokasi yang sangat padat dan terbatas, kondisi tangga untuk naik dan turun sangat ekstrem tingginya, cukup berbahaya jika anda membawa anak kecil. Fasilitas turun naik lantai belum ada lift, kasihan buat saudara kita yang disabilitas dan orang tua kita yang sudah sepuh (2/5)
Jika dibandingkan dengan stasiun parung panjang, stasiun serpong ini menjadi kecil sekali. Samasama bertetanggaan dengan pasar, kemacetan di serpong jauh lebih parah karena pintu keluar atasiun persis di samping palang kereta. Ditambah angkot yang sering berhenti didepan pintu masuk ini, menjadi bertambah parah macetnya.
Belum lagi saat menunggu kereta, minim kursi sama sekali buat duduk, mengenaskan. Sehingga jika anda termasuk komuter yang biasa ganti kereta, lebih baik tunggu kereta berikutnya di kereta anda sebelumnya atau menunggu di rawabuntu (2/5)

the waiting lounge is OK. There's sufficient space and seating. The fan is also big enough to cool the place while waiting for the train. Station is usually not too overcrowded.
Access is moderate. Although I usually use ojek which is very easy this day. Parking lot is scarce for car. I see only motorcycle parking which is plentiful.
Food street is okay. Overall one of my favourite station.response / report this review -

This station is pretty convenient since it has convenience stores and bread shop. Yet, it lacks facility for disabled people, the stairs are too steep and there is no elevator.
