I'd rather say it's about average for its price. Good strategic location with a lot of Hotspot nearby. The ballroom was relatively small for its 3 stars rate. The food is average. The cleaning services was good.

Located in the heart of city, near famous factory outlet such as Heritage and Cascade, and just a few minutes walking to the city landmark, Gedung Sate. The room is not so spacious and has a little bit old design. The meal was so so and you must pay additional fee for your child above 3 years old.

Great location, spacious rooms, acceptable price. Although the room needs 1 or 2 more vacuuming to do and the utensils are rather old looking. Wifi was (very) slow although that might be because my room was in the corner and tv reception was spotty at best. Still considered to be one of the better options for budget hotels though.

Nice hotel to stay in Bandung. Located nit very far from the airport, making it a perfect choice to stay. It is also not very far from some of the interesting places in Bandung, like Gedung Merdeka, Gedung Sate, Gazibu Square, and Cihampelas. It is not very crowded so that it is recommended for those who need to escape from daily routine.

The lobby is just nice with comfortable sofas for the guests. The restaurant and bar are in the lobby area.

It provide prayer room moeslem guests. This is strong point of this hotel.

There is also nightclub at the lower floor of the hotel. The spa service is offeribg a number of spa treatment.

The rooms are just OK.

I've always enjoyed myself staying here. Once I stayed at the Grand Room with connecting doors with the whole family, and the price suits the quality. Some other time I stayed at a smaller room, and had no major complaints at all. Great location as well

I stayed here quite a few times for office trainings. It's very strategically located in the heart of Bandung's famous Riau street. Riau is definitely the place to go if you're looking for fashion shopping and culinary. Apart from the location the rooms are just ok, it has seen better days and could use some renovations..I would pick other newer hotel options, sorry Serela..there's no pool which is a huge minus for me, and the front desk staff, man..they really need to be trained to at least try to smile to their guests!

Hotel is ok, located in Riau street which a very strategic crowd area in Bandung, ease to reach from different direction. Big Room with king size bed. Staff are Friendly and helpful. Building and room interior are look ages and need to be repair / renovate. Shower door can't close, only one power outlet available for charging your gadgets you need to bring T connector if you have lot's of device need to charge at same time. wifi was ok at average speed. Recommended for family or business trip.

Although The Hotel needs to have an upgrade, but its really a money well spent stay. You can get a 3 or 4 stars hotel right in the heart of the city with a very low price. For Almost everything that you need is in walking distance.

Location is centralized with atms and a 24 hour mini mart.

Staff were helpful and very friendly.

Interior needs a rejuvenation.

Maybe because it's old (not sure) but it seems like it's not well-kept, a lot of the room amenities are either run down or unclean. Our AC was in bad condition. Food was... edible. Not a comfortable experience. Though kudos to the staff who tried their best to alleviate our complaints.
