actually iam very disspointed, they did not polite, my bus change in to another bus without any permission, this very terrible services, the ticketing staff very rude, i know sempati star is very famous but dont be make it bad because of terrible ticketing staff service.

PO Bus antar kota Medan - Banda Aceh (PP) yang tergolong lebih baik dibandingkan PO bus rute sumatera sejenis lainnya. Fasilitas yang ditawarkan di bus sudah cukup baik dengan armada bus baru, bersih dan nyaman. Dari pengalaman jeleknya bus ini waktu keberangkatan selalu molor kira-kira 1 jam lebih dari jadwal semestinya. Mestinya waktu tempuhnya bisa lebih cepat (Lsw - medan 8 jam) karena bis ini dalam perjalanan kerap kali berhenti" dalam waktu yang lama untuk nyari penumpang. Oh iya jangan kaget kalo bis ini berhenti di rumah makan tapi biaya makannya bayar sendiri karena emang gak dibayarin beda kayak bis bis di Jawa.
