Semeru, or Mount Semeru (Indonesian: Gunung Semeru), is an active volcano located in East Java, Indonesia. It is the highest mountain on the island of Java. This stratovolcano is also known as Mahameru, meaning 'The Great Mountain.[2] The name derived from the Hindu-Buddhist mythical mountain of Meru or Sumeru, the abode of gods.

In my opinion this mount not high enough. And u it's didn't take up too much day if u want to reach the top. Is about 2 days. Hope u will enjoyed with my reviewed!

The perfect place to enjoy the beautiful nature and adventure with friends. Unfortunately a lot of garbage strewn not taken care of. Beautiful view.
