My experience, I just to say that the bots were late around 3 hours and we were not informed that delay..about payments and bots no problem.

Bali is a beautiful Island with several different districts, among them Nusa Dua is the best .

DO NOT TAKE THEM
A pitiful society with no respect for their customers. Parally with the 2 hours of delay to go but also to the 3 hours delay of their boats on the return, we had no explanation but just the right has patts on the legs if they exceed in the corridor and shouts if we Asked for the time of arrival should I also mention the lack of safety instructions or the temperature of 50 degrees inside?
In short, dishonest company with no other vision for their clients than that of wallet on legs

Terrible organisation, bóstw were late 3 hrs, we were not informed about the delay. the condicions inside the boat were even worse. It was terribly hot And the water was pouring inside the boat, all our luggage was wet. Worst trip of my life 😠What suppose to be a 2 hrs trip Took us whole day to get to Gili from Bali. Really nad expirience. Do not reccommend😓

We were supposed to have a boat at 11 but it was overbooked. The subsequent boat (3pm) had an accident and therefore wasn't available. From noon until 5pm, people kept on telling us (and many others, some of whom missed their flights) to wait and ask again in 30 minutes. This resulted in us hanging around the harbour all day long, with no information on if there was even going to be a boat. Eventually the boat left at 6:30pm (so in the dark!). When we got to padangbai, after this exhausting day, the promised hotel transfer to Ubud was full so we were sitting with our luggage on our laps, exchanging sweat with strangers. As if this wasn't enough, they decided it was too late for hotel transfer and just dropped all of us in 1 spot in Ubud. So we still had to walk for kilometers. In this entire day, we weren't offered a free toilet, apologies or a glass of water. So poor service..
