  The toys and those GKs are great in the shop
  But I was rudely treated by one of the female shop employee.
  I was holding a box which contained an "one piece" GK to take a closer look(There was no indication on the box that the GK was actually reserved by a customer and no signs near that area either). The shop employee just walked to me and told me the GK was reserved and grib the box from my hand and put it back down. It happened so fast that I did not have the time to say sorry and put it back by myself. I was shocked and feel ashamed by her action that she just grab it from my hand and walked away.
  It was a really and unpleasant shopping experience ever, and my gf saw I was mistreated too :(.
  I wouldn't visit the shop again. Btw, this review is not saying that the shop is not worth your time to visit, while the goods are actually very good. But you have to be considery and mindful with that female employee. I hope the shop owner kindly notice the mistreatment, and giving customers a great shopping experience just like the great stuffs in your shop.

  The employees there are very friendly and I'm surprised that one of them come up to me and asked which anime am I into. The shop is well decorated from the inside out and it clearly wants us otakus to take a look. Besides anime merchandises, there is also Hello Kitty plush toys for sale.

  Huge store of adorable toys and figurines! The outlet is really big and spacious, friendly staffs! Crowded on the weekends as this is an outlet mall.

  This branch holds the largest collection of soft toys such as rilakkuma, hello kitty and doraemon! Kids would definitely love this place as everything here is so cute! A great place for family shopping and for kids who loves toys. They too have anime figure from the popular one piece, naruto, dragon ball and many more!

  Great service experience at IMM shop. This shop sell many cute characters, anime and figurines for singaporean(s) who loves anime/manga. They have really adorable items such as pens, umbrella, plush and more! The IMM shop was just relocated and it's bigger!
