The location was in the hills of ubud about 10-15 minutes away from the center. The staff were pretty nice and gave a warm greeting upon arrival. The walk to the room took about a few mins from the lobby. The room we stayed in was huge with big ceilings and a king sized bed. There was towels, swim towels, and other amenities available. The infinity pool was awesome and overlooking nature and the jungle. There were complimentary water, tea bags, and coffee bags. Comes with room service and complimentary breakfast. Overall, the experience was great.

We didn't stay but we walked here from the 4 Seasons. We had a couple of great cocktails and s lovely meal. Great sunset views and super food. Excellent value!

This resort overlooks the sayan ridge and has very nice views of the Bali Sunset. The restaurant in the resort has simple small menu but the items served are quite good, although it closes early. One night, we actually had to order in a pizza! The pool is small and shared with all resort Residents. This place is good, but not great.

The friendliest staff & most spectacular views. This place is nestled in the jungle with green, serene and clean vibes all around. With beautiful pebbled paths inviting you around the grounds, you're sure to be greeted with genuine smiles & hellos from the attentive staff.
Be sure to have a fresh fruit cocktail made by Eddie & his team. Have something a bit more specific in mind. He'll be sure to create exactly what you desire & mix it to your taste.
I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much Sayan Terrace!

Nice stay with good view looking down to valley and hills. Reasonable price, quiet and relaxing place. The infamous hotel dog is as friendly as everyone said.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a fabulous time. We were amazed by how quiet and peaceful this resort was. We highly recommend staying here. The only complaint I have is that 1 of the 2 showers never had hot water, but other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. We had a private candle lit dinner on our patio looking over the rain forest one night that was really tasty as well with duck and wine. We enjoyed our private pool and close proximity to the Ubud town center and monkey forest. Would definately stay here again when we return.

The view from our private Villa was amazing. We loved to have dinner at the Restaurant there, the food was always excellent and the service staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room not as we had imagined. We orderer a pick up for our stay, but the driver didn´t come, so we have to organize a driver by ourselves. The bathroom was unclean, we didn´t get the towels changed we left at the floor, the pool was not cleaned, and the minibar and coffeestation was not filled, the breakfast was below average. The dishes at breakfast were very dirty. They have scooter for rent, thats very good. And you can order massage and tours as well. The hotel dog is lovely.

Clean rooms with a spectacular view. Good restaurant for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also arranged a tour for us to visit local sights which was well priced and her I informative. Thumbs up.

The views are amazing!! My only complaint is the free shuttle to/from downtown ubud is actually a one time shuttle delivery at 10am and then 60,000 to get back home every time, this adds up. Other than that, staff was great and I'd definitely stay here again

Such a lovely place! I was lucky enough to spend my birthday here. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a super delicious tea - mmmm. Then when I got to the room they had covered the bed with flowers wishing me a happy birthday. The staff was super friendly and the property was beautiful. On my actual birthday, the surprised me with a crepe for breakfast and then all of the staff came over to shake my hand and wish a happy birthday. It was lovely!! I highly recommend!

This is my favorite place to stay around Ubud. The views are spectacular and I'm very happy with the management. Great breaky, amazing little infinity pool and the old wooden house is special. I stayed here the first time over ten years ago and unfortunately the value for money has decreased a little compared to my first stays. Still its an awesome place. The owners are happy to assist with rafting bookings which is a nice thing to do
