Sistem antriannya perlu diimprove lagi, dan skema prosesnya menurut saya bisa lebih dipersingkat lagi sehingga gak perlu menghabiskan waktu seharian untuk pembuatan SIM, dan seharusnya ada jalur khusus untuk yang gagal tes sehingga gak perlu mengulang prosesnya dari awal.

Buildings and indoor area are greatly improved since the last time i came. Aircon temperature is just right. Canteen has very few choices of food. Will always recommend a biro jasa to save your precious time.

The service was greatly improved really dfrence notived compared to 6 years ago. But only one problem presist its veru hard to pass practical examp to get sim C. the common reason is lack of speed they ask minimum speed of 40km/h along the track wich is very subjective bcs there is many stop and go section, you cant go intantly to 40km/h speed dont you? there is no acleration value defined moreover there is no speed scencor, how can they tell we lack of speed?

Good, Clean services no "under table money", following the procedure (many step), in normal way: 07.30-11.00 should be done. So sad I failed on practical test (re-test +/- 2 week later for free).

1. Bring your own Pen, KTP copy 2 Sheet.
2. Go to Medical Check Room (near the parking area).
3. Go to Satpas SIM building (blue building).
4. Pay the licenses fee & Fill the Form.
5. Interview & Take Picture.
6. Written Exam & Practical Test.

Follow the process, its online or in the photos here. But be prepared to come really early and wait a while, so bring a book. Pro-tip: get the medical certificate first before coming here at the nearest approved police station or puskesmas or at sim.korlantas.polri.go.id

There is at lest 5000 people are testing so you going to wait for a really long time and to get the sim you should come at 8:00 so you can finish in one day

THERE is restricted building and areas but still unauthorized personnels freely operated. Unfortunately the authorized ones are hard to find. Petty corruption openly happening in all process. Lack of signages and directional marks. A tiring process of making driving license.

IF YOU'RE MAKIN A NEW LICENSE,YOU WILL CERTAINLY WAIT FOR A HELL OF A LONG DAY HERE,IT AINT THE FAULT OF THE WORKER,BUT THE SUCKS SYSTEM.I WASTE 12 F**CKIN' HOURS HERE.
