I'm quite picky about pork satay and I can say that this one from Sate Babi Papua is delicious. The meats were tender and fresh. It's also very practical if you order their lunch box . I love it !!

Papua satay is at the top in the limited list of Nusantara food you must try. I was in the neighborhood and had the opportunity to try a few skewers. Rich in good balanced mix of flavors. It made my short stay in Surabaya a memorable one. A food to remember and crave. Ten thumb up.

I am not really a pork's lover but this Pork Satay is extra special! I was in Surabaya last week for business trip, and a friend of mine recommended me to try this satay which was delicious & flavorful.. It is the combination of spicy, sweet and tenderness that made this satay a true joy to savor, especially if served with warm steamed rice.. It is heaven ! Again, it is a must-try Pork Satay!
