Advantage:
Close to NUS.
Friendly reception
Disadvantage:
Rooms very small.
Rooms are stinks and very bad odour.
House keeping is poor.
Small worms in the bathroom.
Location is not easy to go shopping.
Conclusion:
Don't recommend this if you have no where else to stay.

Good thing is that this hotel provides a smartphone which you can use for calling local and ISD (LIMITED COUNTRIES). Otherwise rooms are smaller and not very economical.

I came here before my study in NUS start. It is a OK place to stay for that purpose. If you are a tourist I'd say book one in the east coast. The room was clean but no window means it's not the best place to stay for long. The bath water got cooled down very quickly and it's not suitable for multiple persons stay.

A good budget hotel with clean and cozy rooms, even though small. Receptionists are very cooperative. Located just 15 minutes drive from National University of Singapore. There is an Indian food restaurant just beside the hotel.
