No WIFI, their service was so so.. i'd been here 2 times with my s6 and now s10. Both experience was not good. They're lack of iniciative. So you should be proactive to ask them how can they solve your problem

My Note 9 is dead because I tried to take pictures underwater. Brought it to Samsung Care ITC BSD. And I get a call on the 4th telling me that they can't inform me yet because the technician assingned was ill and haven't come to the office. They're assinging another technician. They shouldn't have waited 3 days to assign another person. This was very disappointing.

• The SOP runs smooth between the teams,
• The services they provide is customer minded and helpful,
• The services time is faster than the estimated one,

• The front desk team is doing just great like it supposed to.

Like every gadget some times they break down. The staff here are amazing, the new renovations look great but it still feels a little sterile. They have maybe 8 desks but there are never more than 3 staff actually serving. There is a small accessories counter that has a limited stock of cases etc.

The new Samsung Service Center is in town! Get ready to experience the satisfying service when any of your Samsung gadgets experiences any troubleshooting because SSC is ready to help you in any way possible. There is one in Tangerang but this one in South Tangerang is brand new, so everyone will save more time and distance! For your information, the SSC near the Alam Sutera Roundabout only provide services for houseware such as refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, etc. The place is still new so it is not as cozy as the SSC in Tangerang, but I'm so glad that Samsung expanded when I was in desperate need of SSC.
