  Jangan datang di jam pulang kantor pasti antri wkwkkw tapi antrian disini udah lumayan bagus soalnya pake input Plat nomer jadi lebih tertib

  Quicker than queuing in Samsat office. But it lack of seating. The queue can be up to 50, but there's no more than 10 seats available.

  Tempat untuk memperpanjang STNK tahunan, untuk perpanjangan STNK 5 tahun tidak bisa dilakukan disini, tetapi harus di kantor Samsat masing-masing daerah. Yang harus disiapan adalah KTP asli dan copy pemilik kendaraan dan STNK asli dan copy. Datang kesana dan ke mesin antrian, masukkan nomor kendaraan dan klik print, maka keluar nomer antri. Tunggu saat antrian dan serahkan 2 berkas, tunggu panggilan, bayar pajak, dan tunggu panggilan lagi, setelah itu STNK yg sudah distempel dan slip pajak didapat. Waktu yang diperlukan sekitar 15-30 menit tergantung ramai tidaknya antrian.

  Pkb tahunan, cukup fc.ktp & asli, stnk asli tanpa fc tanpa bpkb juga. Pas jam 17.00 masuk, ambil nomor antre, stor bank, gpl..lgs jadi.

  Alternative place to administrate your motorcycle's tax license. Now it's on 3rd floor.
  Better come here at Saturday's afternoon, the queue is not long compare to Friday's morning. There's only 2 or 3 people before me and it only took ~10 minutes to have it all done.
  You only need to bring your ktp, ktp's copy, stnk, and stnk's copy, and of course: money to pay the tax. No need to bring your bpkb.
