Well air conditioned but small parking area, there are saga departement store, bakery, and supermarket, restaurants, children's playground, Usupso (Miniso-like store), and many small electronic and sport stores.

Pretty complete departement storemost of the veggies and fruits are freshly displayedone of the longest operated shopping places in jayapura and Papuait was first open at aerly 2000sstill one of the best until nowbut sometimes it gets way too crowdednot enought parking space for both cars n bikes

Place very crowded often due to strategic place for shopping. Parking spot always hard to find. But The Mall almost have everything from grocery, fun station, fashion, elecronics, even food and restaurants.

Although an old Mall, they have upgraded their service, teenant, ATM galerry, restaurants and other supporting facilities. One benefit is that this Mall located in the main street and easy to spot from the normal traffic. Other benefit is that it located not far from Grand Abe hotel, which can be a perfect option for hotel guests that needs to shop some of their needs.

The first mall that packed up because of the strategic position (and that KFC craze used to be overwhelming lol) and getting better somehow.
Note that there's a lack on your security--a thief was once almost got me at your supermarket. But I'm impressed on how you open up all counters in Ramadan back then. I also like your bakery goods--having local snacks served is always good :)
And idk if that hotel is yours or not but you surely need to do something with your parking area. A parking building, perhaps?response / report this review -
