  I chose the right Sabai car rental in Lampung, although I was a little hesitant at first. Because there was no down payment when I booked for 3 days before my arrival. But Alhamdulillah, my worries were wrong The car and driver arrived at the airport before my arrival with my family, We were informed by the driver of culinary and tourist places around Lampung, we are very satisfied with the service of the driver, Mas Agung, the person is friendly, neat, polite , which is quite impressive, Mr. Agung is agile. So our family felt bad about ourselves because it was really good. Next If you want to rent a car plus a driver, don't choose the wrong choice, just use Sabai Success for Mr. Agung and the owner, Mr. Sultan

  Worse I re-confirmed suddenly cancel. Even though the last chat time still said it was available. Then 2 days before the day of pick-up from the rental party, they can't provide it. They even said that they had not been given a down payment, if the DP problem was discussed from the start, don't let the customer cancel it. Then she easily said that mom could find another rental, there was still time, well, it really didn't provide a solution. I suggest it's better not to use this rental. Really disappointing. Then the reply on the order should be within 30 days btw I've confirmed this the 3rd time. The initial time was around mid-September, then before the end of September, from the last wa it still said it was available. And now 3 days before the D day. Don't blame the customer.. just admit BAD service. And it's not quality. Then he said as the owner you can't be responsible for unexpected thingsthen don't be the owner of the rental business. The service is bad, don't say it's good. So you can see the quality of his business. Time for me to give good feedback if the reality is bad.
